‘So warm and careful’: Taylor Swift’s security guards block a fan’s vision during a concert, despite the singer’s repeated requests for them to move

Taylor Swift has concluded the 2023 US leg of her Eras Tour in Los Angeles. She also revealed the fourth installment of her re-recording project.

Taylor Swift is known for making nice gestures to her fans during concerts. Taylor won hearts during a recent event in Los Angeles when she ensured that a fan’s vision was not obstructed by her security.

Taylor assists a fan

A user on X (previously known as Twitter) submitted a video of the artist performing on stage while dressed in red and black. Taylor stepped to the edge of the platform and motioned for someone to move repeatedly in the footage. Taylor was also observed becoming upset and making a face when staring in the mirror. She also smiled and pointed at someone while singing and dancing.

Internet reacts to Taylor’s gesture

As the camera panned towards the audience a woman was seen smiling and jumping while a security staff shifted sideways. The video was posted with the caption, “| @TaylorSwift13 defended a fan from security during an LA show.” Reacting to the video, a person clarified, “I don’t think it was defending I think the security was blocking the fan’s view and Taylor asked them to move to get a better view of her fans.” A comment read, “Boss lady bossing.”

A fan wrote, “The queen herself.” An X user said, “Mother is mothering. I miss the shows but she deserves a break.” “They need to hire better guards,” commented another fan. A tweet read, “Mother never lets us down.” A person tweeted, “I am screaming! @reputallison13 got a video of @taylorswift13 shooing security for me. Never getting over LA!”

In May, Taylor defended a fan

This isn’t the first time Taylor has shown her support for a fan while performing. Taylor summoned a security guard during her performance at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field in May of this year. She cut her song Bad Blood to defend a fan in the audience. Taylor commented on the fan, saying, “She’s fine.” She stopped singing again a few moments later and yelled at the security man, “She wasn’t doing anything.” Stop, please.”

Taylor recently completed her Eras Tour

Taylor recently concluded the 2023 US leg of her Eras Tour in Los Angeles. She also announced the release of 1989 (Taylor’s Version), the fourth edition of her re-recording project. Following a few live performances of songs from her 1989 heyday, including a truncated version of Bad Blood, the singer approached the center of the stage with an acoustic guitar in hand and hinted to the crowd that she had been working on something major.
