Taylor Swift watches ‘lover’ Travis Kelce help the Kansas City Chiefs beat the New York Jets in a nail-biting game after the club blew a 17-0 lead.

Travis Kelce celebrated his team’s victory over the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium while his purported lover Taylor Swift sat in a VIP box.

The Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end, 33, and his team were leading until the Jets caught up in the fourth quarter, resulting in a nail-biting conclusion that ended 23 – 20.

Swift attended Kelce’s game wearing $695 denim shorts, a black leather jacket, and red lipstick – the Chiefs’ distinctive color. She was accompanied by a group of friends that included Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.

Taylor, who is 5’11, wore black shoes to support her 6’5 reported beau, who was also accompanied by Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner, who is presently going through a bitter divorce from estranged husband Joe, and Hugh Jackman.

Her attendance at the football game last week shocked the NFL and pop worlds when she was seen cheering Travis on beside his parents.

Earlier in the day, Kelce was all smiles when he arrived at the stadium in a stylish $1,540 suit from designer LU’U DAN before changing into his Chiefs pregame attire.

Swift smiled and asked supporters, ‘How’s it going?’ as she came into the stadium wearing knee-high black boots and toasting her pals before the game.

The Chiefs scored a spectacular touchdown within the first 10 minutes, prompting Taylor to embrace her companions in joy.

Swift sold out many nights at the MetLife Stadium during her tour this year.

Donna Kelce, Travis Kelce’s mother, was not there for the start of tonight’s Jets-Chiefs game because she chose to support her other son, Jason, who plays for the Philadelphia Eagles.

However, she appeared in the fourth quarter and hugged Taylor in the VIP box.

Last week, the NFL star’s mother was also photographed conversing and applauding with Taylor.

On Sunday, the singer wore denim shorts and a black jacket to the game.

Swift and her companions jumped into the air after the Chiefs scored.

Earlier in the game, the Chiefs held a strong 17-0 point lead, but the Jets gradually crept up until the score was 20-20.

Harrison Butker’s 26-yard field goal gave Kansas City the lead in the final seconds, sending them home with the victory.

Taylor and Travis were caught leaving together and driving away in his vintage convertible car after breaking the internet last Sunday.

The couple dined late at night at a rooftop restaurant in Kansas City.

Although the couple appeared to keep their PDA to a minimal on their way to the Prime Social Rooftop in Kansas City following the game, witnesses saw them holding hands once inside.

It’s unclear when Travis and Taylor started dating, but Travis mentioned on his New Heights podcast in July that he intended to introduce himself to Taylor at one of her Eras Tour stops.

‘I wanted to give Taylor Swift [a bracelet] with my number on it,’ the tight end shared, but he learned that the singer’s devotion to putting on the best performance possible made it impossible to chat with her.

‘I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings, so I was a little butt-hurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her,’ he said.

During the latest episode of Travis’ podcast he addressed the dating rumors.

While speaking to his brother and co-host, Jason Kelce, who plays for the Philadelphia Eagles, he gave a shoutout to Swift and said she ‘looked amazing’.

‘Shoutout to Taylor for pulling up,’ he said. ‘That was pretty ballsy.

‘I just thought it was awesome how everyone in the suite had nothing but great things to say about her. The friends and family. She looked amazing, everybody was talking about her in a great light.

‘On top of that, the day went perfect for Chiefs fans of course. We script it all ladies and gentlemen. It was just impressive.

‘It was definitely a game I will remember.’
