Arsenal Football Club recently saw its players on their way to Spain to kιck off their match against Sevilla.
Sevilla entered the match on the back of a winless streak, having failed to secure a victory in their last four matches in La Liga and the Champions League.Despite this, their 2-2 draw against Vallecano was disappointing, but the 1 point gained against Real Madrid showcased positive signs. Playing at home for the third consecutive match, Sevilla aimed to extend their unbeaten streak to six games.
On the other hand, Arsenal had accumulated four points from their previous two matches against formidable opponents, Manchester City and Chelsea. This was considered a decent result for the Gunners. However, coach Mikel Arteta expressed his dissatisfaction with Arsenal’s performance in the first half against Chelsea, where their defense appeared vulnerable. Additionally, the pressure mounted on Arsenal after their defeat to Lens in the opening round of the Champions League, adding to the difficulties they faced in their trip to the Sánchez Pizjuán stadium.
