Real Madrid superstar Bellingham was lauded for his man-of-the-match performance before the team was transported to a VIP zone.
There is a minimum charge of £2,000 for a table.
Dom Perignon Vintage Luminous magnum costs £1,050, and Belvedere vodka jeroboam costs £1,300.
Security later returned the group to the Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge, where sumptuous rooms cost £11,500 a night.
