When you travel as frequently as Kim Kardashian, you’ll want your own private plane.
When you’re a millionaire, however, an ordinary private jet won’t suffice.
Kardashian spent millions customising a Gulfstream G650 to her specifications.
Kardashian did not select this Gulfstream only for its visual merits.
Many other successful business owners, including Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos, favour the high-performance approach.
She set out to make hers stand out from the crowd after purchasing it for $95 million.

She gave a tour of the finished plane on an episode of The Kardashians on Hulu.
“I feel like I’m doing an MTV Cribs for planes,” she said.
The original interior of the Gulfstream was a blend of light leather and dark wood.
Kardashian like minimalist decor and soft tones.
Everything from her stark home decor to her SKIMS apparel brand’s colour pallet is white, beige, and brown.
Naturally, the interior of her plane had to match.
“I never dreamed I would own a plane,” she said.
“I wanted it to feel like an extension of me, an extension of my home.”
She had all the wood in the plane replaced with a lighter shade.
Then she added her favorite feature.

“The best, most exciting part is it’s all cashmere,” she went on to say.
The opulent material has been applied on every available surface.
The headrests, ceilings, seats, and even the luggage compartments have been upgraded to be ultra-soft to the touch.
And she has no intention of stopping there.
The tycoon wants to create a queue of sliders specifically for her passengers.
She’ll also make pyjamas, socks, and blankets with her airline’s logo: Kim Air.
A toilet was installed to the plane’s front, with a second in the back.
The kitchen is light and open, with a large bouquet of roses on permanent display, a Kardashian characteristic.
There are ten sleeping areas on board, with the majority of them simply converting into king-sized beds.

Her first trip took her to the Dominican Republic for a photo shoot.
It’s been utilised on a number of special trips since then.
Perhaps most notably, it was used by her daughter North and her friends to get to her 9th birthday celebration.
The worth of the jet has increased dramatically as a result of her attractive modifications.
The Gulfstream is now valued at an eye-watering $150 million.
