After purchasing the mansion of Formula One racing heiress Petra Ecclestone, which is located across the street from the residence of his Lakers teammate LeBron James, Russell Westbrook sold his Westside residence.

Public records indicate that Ben, the son of Arie and Rebeckah Belldegrun, paid $25 million for the Brentwood Park estate. In May 2018, the Long Beach native, 34, and his spouse, Nina Earl, paid $19.8 million for their new residence.

Situated on a half-acre corner lot with walls and gates, the three-story Ken Ungar-designed residence features an all-white stucco facade complemented by wood and masonry accents.

The 13,400 square foot “modern traditional” mansion features high ceilings, wide windows, hardwood, tile, and stone flooring, eight bathrooms, and six bedrooms.

Guests are welcomed into formal living and dining areas through a double-height entry. From there, the first floor features a gourmet kitchen with a center island, marble slab countertops, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances; there’s also a breakfast nook adjacent to the family room that features a wet bar, and glass doors that open to a covered patio that features a fireplace.

There’s a lavish movie theater, a gym, staff quarters, a temperature-controlled wine room, a family area, and another wet bar on the lower level.

The sundeck, kitchen, barbecue, pool, and jacuzzi are all located on the park-like grounds. There is a sizable motor court and an attached three-car garage on the front.
