Actor Tyler Perry owns a mansion in Atlanta that he lavished $15 million upon, thanks to American TV host Steve Harvey.
According to TMZ, the nearly 35,000-square-foot property comes with 17 acres of land, which Steve, 63, and his wife Marjorie, 54, will be able to enjoy.
Complete with an underground ballroom, a massive infinity pool with a bar, an illuminated tennis court, a gym, a spa, a theater, an indoor pool, a wine cellar, and a guest house, this seven-bedroom mansion is located in the Buckhead residential district.
Even a runway for a remote-controlled aircraft exists.
“Tyler has a lot of great memories from the house and is happy his friends Steve and Marjorie will be calling it home,” an individual close to Tyler, 50, told the website.
After spending millions of dollars renovating the estate, Tyler purchased the property in 2007 for $9 million. In 2016, he sold it for $17.5 million to evangelist and businessman David Turner.
Steve married Marjorie in June 2007 and the two of them have three stepchildren together.
He had three children with Marcia Harvey, his first wife: a son named Broderick Harvey Jr. and twin daughters Brandi and Karli. From 1980 until their divorce in 1994, the couple was wed.
Along with his first wife, Mary Shackelford, to whom he was married from 1996 to 2005, he also has a son, Wynton.
