Ronaldo Jr. netted twice to lead the U13 Al Nassr team to a decisive win.
The superstar Ronaldo’s 13-year-old eldest son, Ronaldo Jr., formally signed a contract last week to join the Al Nassr Club’s youth squad. Ronaldo Jr. scored his first goals in a short period.
Ronaldo Jr. reportedly turned in a double performance on October 28, assisting Al Nassr u13 to defeat rival Al Fateh 4-1 in the Al-Baraem League youth tournament, according to Saudi Arabian media.
In true “SIUU” fashion, Ronaldo Jr. and his teammates celebrated.
The first goal scored by Ronaldo Jr. was a penalty kick. He finished at an angle, making no mistakes and preventing the goalkeeper of the other team from having an opportunity to block. The young striker then scored in the penalty area to cap off an outstanding day.
Ronaldo Jr. quickly became a member of Al Nassr’s youth squad.
Interestingly, Ronaldo Jr. adopts his father’s well-known “SIUU” celebration after scoring a goal. After seeing Ronaldo Jr.’s performance, a lot of supporters think he can succeed in the future by imitating CR7.
In just 28 games for Juventus’ youth team, Ronaldo Jr. scored 58 goals, according to Business Insider. Dolores Aveiro, Ronaldo’s mother, thinks her grandson is superior to CR7 at the same age.
Ronaldo disclosed his son’s desires last year. “He wanted to play next to me, so he told me to wait a few more years,” said Ronaldo.
