In 2018, Kevin Hart’s custom-built primary residence was completed in a small gated community on the semi-rural outskirts of Calabasas. This sprawling estate spans 26 acres, with the main residence itself covering 9,500 square feet in a vaguely contemporary Mediterranean style. However, due to the steep hillside nature of the property, only two acres are suitable for construction, leaving 24 acres untouched. The luxurious features of the property include two detached guesthouses, a children’s playground, a large swimming pool, and a volleyball court.

Adjacent to Kevin Hart’s primary residence, the 16.3-acre estate boasts mostly hillside terrain. However, a two-acre graded lot on the property showcases a 9,300-square-foot mansion with an architecturally ambiguous design, featuring a grey tiled roof. The estate also boasts an infinity-edged swimming pool, a full-size tennis court, extensive lawns, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Despite its impressive features, the 2004-built home was never officially listed for sale.

Records indicate that Hart acquired the neighboring residence from Shakim Compere, a prominent Miami- and Los Angeles-based film producer and long-time business partner of Queen Latifah. Compere and Queen Latifah established Flavour Unit Entertainment in 1995, a company that has since signed an exclusive contract with Netflix and produced numerous films and television series.

Compere and his wife Tonya purchased the high-maintenance Calabasas estate for $6.7 million in 2015, suggesting that they may not have made a profit from the transaction with Hart and his wife, Eniko Parrish.

Now, the veteran comedian and actor presides over a sprawling 42-acre estate, which includes two swimming pools, two sports facilities, and multiple structures totaling nearly 19,000 square feet of living space. The property also provides off-street parking for dozens of vehicles.

Hidden behind gated entryways on the expansive lot, Hart’s additional home features an exterior adorned with beige stucco and stone. Inside, the residence boasts six bedrooms, six restrooms, expansive formal living and dining areas with large windows, and wide-plank oak floors, exuding an air of luxury and grandeur.
