Though he may have a song called “I’m Not a Star,” Rick Ross is actually the newest inhabitant of Miami’s Star Island.

The Boss, a rapper known for “Hustlin,” reportedly had his sights set on a waterfront mansion on the prestigious island last month. This week, the rapper officially closed on the property. Rozay paid an incredible $35 million for the 40,000-square-foot mega-mansion, which is situated close to the center of the guard-gated, star-studded community. Numerous wealthy people, like Diddy, Gloria Estefan, Jennifer Lopez, and billionaire Ken Griffen, keep lavish homes here. Furthermore, it’s quite remarkable that the record executive was able to get a desired share of the 30 houses available on Star Island.

“He instantly fell in love with the grand entry, it has a very long driveway stretching towards the mansion that creates an air of real luxury,” added Knausz. “The architecture also played a part as it’s far beyond the ordinary modern home and he plans to enhance it to reflect his personal style.”

Along with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the expansive 12,374 square feet also include a sizable 100 feet of Biscayne Bay waterfront. There is now a two-car garage on the property, but the creator of Maybach Music Group will want much more space to accommodate all of his expensive vehicles. Additionally, there is a 40-foot dock with an electric and water pedestal in case he chooses to travel by boat. If he hasn’t already, perhaps he will end up with the Lamborghini yacht after all.

Given that the record executive is renowned for hosting a number of celebrity-filled parties, the large stone terrace, outdoor kitchen, and swimming pool should be very useful. The two-story estate is furnished with a media room, a library, a living room with 30-foot ceilings and a bespoke mahogany fireplace, and a glass-enclosed entrance. The chef’s kitchen is located close by and features granite countertops, the best appliances available, a butler’s pantry, and a separate breakfast room.
