Rick Ross is set to make a significant investment in a luxurious nine-bedroom property located on Miami’s exclusive Star Island. The opulent estate comes with a price tag of over $37 million. The island has been a popular residence for several celebrities, including Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Shaquille O’Neal, and Gloria Estefan.

The rapper, who grew up in the same Miami suburb as Flo Rida, will reportedly have the entire property renovated to his specifications. Spanning approximately 40,000 square feet, the estate boasts lavish amenities such as six bathrooms, a summer kitchen, a heated pool, and a small wooden harbor providing direct access to the ocean. According to reports, the sale of the estate is expected to be finalized soon, following its listing in May. This acquisition follows Rick Ross’s previous purchаse of former NBA player Amar’e Stoudemire’s Miami residence for $3.5 million two years ago.

Additionally, Rick recently acquired a property in Atlanta from fellow rapper Meek Mill for $4.2 million. The Atlanta home holds sentimental value for Rick, as it was one of his early purchases when he started earning significant income as a rapper. He fondly recalls his fascination with homes and how he would regularly pass by and admire the property before eventually acquiring it.
