Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Jason Statham are bidding adieu to their magnificent $20 million property in Malibu, California. One year after Jason first bought this stunning beachside property, the pair got married in 2010 and welcomed Jack, their 2-year-old son, into the world in 2017. Having spent over ten years creating memories together, they have chosen to sell it.

The seaside retreat is situated in a gated community with star-studded amenities and spans 3,909 square feet with four bedrooms and four baths. In addition, the floor-to-ceiling windows and heated floors are features of this open-concept house. A location worthy of a monarch or movie star! 

The outside facilities are the only thing that makes the inside of the house better. There’s a dining area, a ceiling-high brick fireplace, and a lounge nook overlooking the beach. Ideal for cozy evenings spent by the fireplace reading scripts. The charming space also features glass walls that vanish and open to a patio and Jacuzzi outside. The pair also had access to their own private beach, as if that weren’t enough.

It appears that the couple has had a pleasant stay. Rosie even recently posted a picture of their modest home on Instagram along with a short but endearing message. She posted the word “Malibu” with a heart emoji.
