Rodrick The well-known rapper Wayne Moore Jr., better known by his stage name Roddy Ricch, is returning to the real estate scene with his Beverly Hills residence.
This time, the property with four bedrooms and five bathrooms is for sale for a lower asking price of $5.75 million, down from the original $5.9 million in October 2022.
In 2021, the musician paid $5.6 million for the residence.
Nestled among tall palms and verdant meadows, the private residence spans over 3,400 square feet.
The gentle white color design of the interior contrasts sharply with the beautiful views outside. The open floor design features a dining area and kitchen as well as a fireplace in the living room that opens to the outside.
