A wild night for John Daly featuring DJ Khaled, Ne-Yo, and a MERMAID! The most popular golfer in America hosts a lavish 48th birthday celebration for the Grammy winner

Legendary golfer John Daly was present at DJ Khaled’s extravagant 48th birthday celebration on Saturday night. Daly shared pictures of himself and Ne-Yo and Raekwon on Instagram.  At the celebration, Daly joked, a mermaid swimming in a tank kissed him.

When the musician started playing golf this year, Khaled and Daly reportedly became friends after Daly offered him a tee time.   Daly’s attendance at Khaled’s birthday celebration implies a fun time, despite the fact that the results remain unclear.  Love, brother, what a birthday celebration! Daly annotated a picture of himself with DJ Khaled with the words, “Happy birthday!”  He said, “You live on a golf course… gonna get you some clubs,” as a caption for NeYo’s picture. The $3 million residence of NeYo is located in a posh golf enclave in Alpharetta. Daly is a local, Florida resident.

It’s unclear how frequently Daly and Khaled have hanged out on or off the golf course, but in the pictures, Daly invited Raekwon to play a round with him.  I’ll procure you a golf cook! On his Raekown photo, Daly wrote.  Daly has won two majors since going professional in 1997, but he is also well-known for his way of living. In previous interviews, Daly said he would throw up if he ate vegetables and would only drink water with his diet coke ice.

During the 2008 Wyndham Championship, CBS sports reporter Will Brinson documented Daly’s diet, which included 21 cigarettes, 12 Diet Cokes, 6 packs of Peanut M&Ms, and 0.0 ounces of water.

Rich Beam, a fellow American golfer, labels me a ‘camel’ since I never drink water. I drink diet coke and like ice, which is water, so I get lots of water in my coke,’ Daly told Graham Bensinger in 2016 while sporting a stars and stripes blazer.

I don’t drink any water. I’m not fond of water. I detest the water. I drank twelve to twenty diet cokes and visited McDonald’s three or four times a day. They had the prettiest fountain drink, in my opinion.I love Taco Bell, McDonald’s, and BK. I could have a chocolate shake, a standard coke, two Big Macs, and maybe three cheeseburgers while sitting down.

The 57-year-old Daly was a formidable competitor in golf when he was at his best. He captured the British Open in 1995 as well as the 1991 PGA Championship.

Golfing at Arkansas, his father’s alma mater, is his son John Daly II.  Khaled, on the other hand, received ten nominations and one Grammy in 2020. For their song “Higher,” Khaled, Nipsey Hussle, and John Legend were awarded a Grammy for “Best Rap/Sung Performance.”

Khaled participated in the FOX panel show “The Four: Battle for Stardom.”
