Rapper Rick Ross continues to make waves in the real estate market with his recent acquisition of a luxurious $37 million mansion in Miami. Situated on the prestigious Star Island, a guard-gated enclave off Biscayne Bay known for its celebrity residents, Ross has added yet another impressive property to his growing portfolio.
Spanning a vast 40,000 square feet, the mansion boasts 100 feet of waterfront access, offering breathtaking views. Ross worked with real estate agent Kimberly Knausz of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, as well as his sister Tawanda Roberts, a real estate agent with Florida Realty of Miami, to secure the purchаse.
The stunning residence features six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and a bay-facing primary suite complete with dual walk-in closets and bathrooms. Outdoor amenities include a heated pool, a summer kitchen, a 40-foot dock, and direct access to the bay and ocean.
According to Knausz, Ross was captivated by the grand entry and the long driveway leading to the mansion, which exuded an air of true luxury. Furthermore, the unique architecture of the property appealed to him, and he plans to personalize it to reflect his distinctive style.
Describing the acquisition as a significant addition to his real estate portfolio, Ross is making strategic moves in the market. Earlier this year, he purchаsed a home in Texas and an estate in the Atlanta area. In March 2021, he also made a cash purchаse of former NBA star Amar’e Stoudemire’s sprawling Florida home in Southwest Ranches.
It’s clear that Rick Ross is not only making a nаme for himself in the music industry but also establishing himself as a savvy investor in the world of real estate.
