Fans of Fast & Furious will be happy to hear that their favorite actors, Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham, will be reprising their roles as Hobbs and Shaw. The creators of the spin-off Hobbs & Shaw are working on the sequel as a result of its success.

Dwayne Johnson stated in a Q&A that they are currently working on the script and attempting to determine its creative direction.

Dwayne praises the fans for helping to make the spin-off a big success and expresses excitement about the initiative.

Even though Hobbs & Shaw 2 was a much-anticipated continuation of the Fast & Furious spinoff Hobbs & Shaw, the Rock’s confirmation of his Fast & Furious 11 comeback makes the sequel look utterly implausible. 

The renowned action series Fast & Furious debuted in 2001 and has since produced eleven films, with more in the works. The movies mostly focus on heists, street racing, espionage, and family. 

The franchise has amassed a roster of iconic performers throughout the years, including as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jason Statham, and Vin Diesel, who have helped to ground the show.
