This home is made up of two clear, clean volumes that allow the intricacy of the surrounding environment to be appreciated. a concrete volume on the first floor and a timber volume on the bottom floor.
Ground floor patios were constructed to let sand and dune plants live there as well, giving the social area the impression of being entirely contained outside.
With a careful selection of numerous local species that blend in with the building, the significant use of vegetation outdoors is a biophilic approach that brings nature into in all places, bedrooms, and communal areas, offering crucial touch with nature.
With continuity between materials and design from the interior to the exterior, the terraces, balconies, and gardens were designed to highlight natural beauty, to be permanent, and to complement the interior. This gives the pine forest that stretches along the dune vegetation—which was thoughtfully crafted to embrace the pool—a sense of depth.
