๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ’Ž Dwyane Wade’s extravagant Miami Beach mansion, featuring a breathtaking $22 million Miami-themed basketball court, epitomizes luxury and style๐Ÿ€๐ŸŒด

๏ปฟWade is an investor in real estate, as is his spouse, Gabrielle Union. After spending $17.9 million the year before on a 17,000-square-foot mansion in Hidden Hills, they sold their Sherman Oaks estate for $5.5 million in May.

The $22 million purchase price is more than double the $10.645,000 he paid for the oceanfront property in 2010, but it is less than the $32.5 million he was hoping to get.

The three-time NBA champion transformed the land into a 12,000-square-foot estate complete with a wine cellar, movie theater, pool, cabana, and private dock.

The Mediterranean-style two-story villa features a lush courtyard, a large covered entryway, and rustic interiors with hardwood flooring and soaring ceilings. There are dormer windows on both levels.

The mansion has a master suite with a patio and salon, 10 bathrooms, and six bedrooms. The Miami Heat, for whom Wade spent most of his NBA career, have their colors painted on the basketball court, playground, and spiral staircase in the backyard.

In his 16 NBA seasons, Wade, 39, has been chosen for 13 All-Star teams. Along with the scoring title he won in 2009 with the Miami Heat, he has three NBA championships. 2019 saw him retire, and he also bought stock in the Utah Jazz.

Douglas Elliman’s Brett Harris handled all side negotiations.
