NBA star LeBron James is rumored to have bought a £30 million, 13,000 square foot Beverly Hills estate fit for The King as his third residence in Los Angeles.

James’s new home includes a screening room, illuminated tennis court, four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, seven fireplaces, and a pool house with two bathrooms.

The stunning $39 million (£30 million) Beverly Hills mansion was put up for sale online, but it’s unclear how much the 35-year-old celebrity paid for the estate.

The house is located on a promontory on 2.5 acres and was constructed in 1934. The estate offers views of the Santa Monica Mountains, the ocean, and downtown Los Angeles. A lengthy road leads to a motor court and courtyard.

Lee Phillip Bell, co-creator of the enduringly successful soap operas The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful, owned the Beverly Hills home.

In addition to the eight bathrooms and four bedrooms, the property has 9,146 square feet of living area. It also has two bedroom suites with various spaces for entertainment.

Prior to agreeing to a four-year deal with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2018, James had owned two other properties in Brentwood.

James paid an incredible £17.5 million for a two-story property a year before he signed a contract with the Lakers.

There are eight bedrooms, nine and a half baths, a home theater, a wine cellar, and a cigar room on the property. There is also an elevator.
