Since I came up with the idea for this project, this is the story behind it: Perched atop a rocky ledge and commanding sweeping views of the vast ocean is Cliffside Roost, a breathtaking example of modern architecture.

This opulent home is a work of art, skillfully fusing natural materials and contemporary design to produce a breathtakingly beautiful and incredibly functional room. The entire structure of the villa is composed of white concrete, which contrasts with the cliffs’ raw, scenic splendor.

The interior is just as stunning, with modern, minimalist furnishings that complement the architecture’s sharp angles and geometric designs. One of Cliffside Roost’s most notable features is its floating terraces, which jut out from the cliff face and seem to defy gravity. In addition to offering plenty of space for outdoor living and entertaining, these terraces provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the ocean. The villa’s interior decor is a study in contemporary minimalism, with the use of simple shapes and lines throughout.
