He stated that although some individuals may believe they have “great DNA,” others must prioritize their health, nutrition, and exercise.
He claimed to exercise four or five times a week and to strike a balance between his social life and fitness.
Jean-Claude remarked, “Some people… they go to the gym, they eat well, they sleep in, and they have good nutrition.”
It’s a decision in life, and I think I fall somewhere in the middle—70% good, 30% bad. I must be crazy.
“I’m 59 years old, I don’t drink, I don’t disco, I train a lot, I travel a lot, and if I don’t have my drive outside at night with my friends, it’s over,” he remarked.

“I need to be in shape, I need to go out, and I need to train four or five times a week,” he continued. However, all you need to do is begin a program twice a week.
Anyone who wants to get in shape should start small, according to Jean-Claude, because soon their body will ‘demand more.’
“If you go to a gym and you start very short, like half an hour, twice a week, and slowly by slowly, you don’t do a long session,” he advised people who are overweight or have never worked out.
The body will gradually crave more. It’s also intended for those who are wounded or injured.
When the Belgian actor visits Australia the following month for a Q&A series called An Evening With…, he will discuss his career and health.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia about his passion for martial arts and his Hollywood career, Jean-Claude recalled that he began training in the discipline at the age of nine.
Additionally, he disclosed that he now hopes to produce a “final and epic martial arts film.”
“I would like to make one last, massive, epic martial arts movie.” It’s going to be an amazing movie. “I would like to film a segment of it in Australia,” he clarified.
In addition, he expressed his excitement about traveling to Australia for the conversation series, which will take place in Melbourne on March 11 and Sydney on March 6. He even expressed a desire to teach martial arts classes while there.
