Liverpool players, including Mohamed Salah, brought joy to hospitalised children during the Christmas season. Salah was photographed giving a gift to a child and smiling beside a young girl’s bedside. The entire team wore red and white Santa hats as they handed out gifts, bringing joy to the faces of the young patients.

Salah is no stranger to charitable acts, having taken part in a similar event in 2018. Following a training session, he and his teammates visited a children’s hospital in England, where they captured special moments with the children and presented them with gifts. While Salah and his teammates prepared for their upcoming League Cup quarterfinal match against West Ham United, Liverpool maintained their lead in the Premier League. They are currently in second place, one point behind league leaders Arsenal after 17 rounds. Aston Villa has the same number of points as Liverpool and thus finishes third.
