Ahead of his 75th birthday next week, Sylvester Stallone dressed up and went out to dinner on Saturday with his stunning family.

The power couple attended the event with their three gorgeous daughters, Sophia Rose, 24, Sistine, 23, and Scarlet Rose, 19.
