Roberto Firmino Celebrates 32nd Birthday with Family Gathering
Roberto Firmino, the Brazilian forward for Liverpool, enjoyed a relaxing time with his family after a victorious start to the new Premier League season. In celebration of Brazilian Father’s Day, Firmino posed with his wife Larissa Pereira and their two daughters, including four-year-old Valentina. The contented family sat comfortably in front of a leather sofa, surrounded by balloons to mark the occasion.
Firmino was not the only Brazilian player to partake in the festivities, as Philippe Coutinho and David Luiz also shared pictures with their fathers on Instagram. Prior to the family celebration, Firmino played a prominent role in Liverpool’s impressive 4-0 victory over West Ham at Anfield, which propelled the Reds to the top of the league standings on the opening weekend.
Although Firmino was substituted in the 69th minute by captain Jordan Henderson, it was a strategic move to manage his return to full fitness after his participation in the World Cup. The match proved to be a one-sided affair, with Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane (with a brace), and a late Daniel Sturridge header overwhelming West Ham.
Firmino will soon be back in action as Liverpool prepares to face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park in their second game of the season on Monday night.
