Netflix’s popular hip-hop reality show is set to make a comeback after a five-year break, with Ludacris, Latto, and DJ Khaled joining the new season

Five years after its debut, a well-liked Netflix reality series is finally coming back for a second season. 

On January 18, the streaming service revealed the details for Season 2 of the music competition series Rhythm + Flow.

DJ Khaled, Latto, and rapper Ludacris are the new judges for Season 2.

In addition, Eminem will judge the fight rounds of the forthcoming season as a guest.

Currently in production in Atlanta, Georgia, Rhythm + Flow Season 2 will be streamed later this year.

On October 23, 2019, Season 1 was made available to the public. Cardi B, T.I., and Chance the Rapper served as judges.

Thirty candidates were chosen by the trio, and they went to auditions in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, and Atlanta.

The rappers were required to finish objectives comprising songwriting, performances, and handmade music videos in addition to rap battles.

The winner receives a massive $250,000 cash reward, but they are not assured a record deal. 

Contestants from Season 2 will probably work on comparable assignments with the new judges.

When DJ Khaled referred to hip-hop as “a lifestyle” in the Netflix announcement, all three of them were excited.

‘First impression is everything… It all comes down to this one moment,’ Ludacris stated. 

Latto said her opinion holds ‘a little weight’ since she was a reality show contestant back in 2016.

The female rapper, who competed under the name Miss Mulatto on Jermaine Dupri’s show The Rap Game, was declared the winner. 

In 2014, Ludacris was a judge on the brief ABC reality series Rising Star.

In 2018, DJ Khaled served as one of the primary judges on Fox’s music competition program The Four. 

Fans of Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) have mixed feelings about the show, but they can’t wait for Season 2 to premiere.
