By penning his kids’ breakup texts, Sylvester Stallone goes above and above to support them with their love problems.

The tough 76-year-old Hollywood icon will be tackling reality TV in a brand-new series that debuted later this week.

Putting his personal life on display was something Stallone discussed in a recent interview to promote the Paramount Plus show.

The future unscripted series centers on Stallone, his 54-year-old wife of almost thirty years, Jennifer Flavin, and their three children, Sophia (age 26), Sistine (age 24), and Scarlet (20).

Fans of the Rambo star will see how he navigates his daughters’ romantic lives – including ending relationships – in The Family Stallone.

Eldest daughter Sophia disclosed just how involved her famous dad is in all of their relationships. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, she said: “He actually gives the best dating advice to all of us.”

Jennifer continued: “He actually writes their breakup texts.”

The filmmaker confirmed the revelation and added: “Guilty. I’m a good writer.”

Sistine added: “He always wants to end with, ‘Keep punchin’ I delete that part, but everything else is so good.”

Although the Kardashians are undoubtedly the biggest family in reality TV, Stallone’s next project isn’t a straight replica of their lifestyle.

That implies that there won’t be any scenes showing viewers losing their minds over pricey Bentleys or misplaced diamond jewelry.

“They’ve done it so right. It works for them and there would be no point copying them.”

The Rocky mastermind agreed and said their show will focus on authenticity.

“Because that’s what we are,” he told the publication.

Many fans will likely think Stallone’s venture into reality TV is rather surprising following a hugely successful career on the big screen.

“This would be great to share this notoriety with a reality show while you’re still relevant,” he shared.

“I love my daughters; I love my wife; and I wanted to share that,” he continued.

“It’s something that I think is entertaining.”

The Family Stallone premieres May 17 on Paramount Plus.
