They are two of the most renowned action movie heroes of the last four decades, so, understandably, Arnold Schwarzenegger couldn’t resist posting a photo with martial arts legend Jackie Chan on his Instagram account.
Both Chan and Schwarzenegger have recently made headlines, with the Hong Kong superstar receiving more awards and accolades for his 40-plus years of filmmaking, while the 72-year-old “Austrian Oak” and former California governor has been busy promoting the latest Terminator film, which will be released in Hong Kong on October 31.
“It was fantastic to run into my old friend and hero @jackiechan when I returned from the #termminatordarkfate world tour.” “A legend and an inspiration,” Schwarzenegger wrote on Saturday night after posting a photo with the Rush Hour star on Instagram.
Naturally, Arnold’s photo with the 65-year-old Chan raised some heads, with Instagram users eager to point out that they were seeing two legends in the same picture.
“Two legends.” “You have provided me with endless entertainment, and I thank you both,” remarked Mr. Incredible.
“There are two legends. My childhood idols. Love and respect. Thank you for the wonderful childhood memories! From Russia, with love!!” written Wassil63.
“Make a movie together!!!!,” wrote ricki911123. “The two actors I most admire…” “We’re in this together,” the seeker said.
