Following the event, Khaled and rapper Joseph Antonio Cartagena, aka Fat Joe, chatted with Local 10 News reporter Alexis Frazier to express their gratitude and admiration for the attendees and the neighborhood.
Cartagena commented, “We have never seen so many people of color on a golf course.” “Whoever you name came out, and that’s because Khaled always preaches positivism.”
“We’re having a great time while raising awareness of golf.” “We’re going to do this in Miami every year,” he said with a laugh. “To represent the young world, golf is bringing us all together, but unity is what’s really bringing us out here.”
