It’s the first public appearance by Sylvester Stallone since the passing of Carl Weathers, his old Rocky co-star, who died ‘peacefully in his sleep’ earlier this month.
Five days after paying a moving homage to his pal, whom he referred to as a “legend” and “great” talent, the three-time Oscar nominee, 77, was spotted leaving the house in Manhattan with his wife Jennifer Flavin and daughter, 27-year-old Sophia Stallone.
The three remained united as they made their way to the iconic 30 Rockefeller Centre to record an episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show. The trio were promoting the return of their reality show, The Family Stallone.
Born in Hell’s Kitchen, New York City, Stallone wore similar jeans, a black turtleneck, and a grey blazer over his shoulders for the event.
