It’s evident that Joseph Baena is a natural when it comes to bodybuilding.
The famous bodybuilder and Hollywood star’s son, Arnold Schwarzenegger, frequently posts striking photos of his own amazing bodies on Instagram.

Baena, 26, recently shared a shirtless photo of himself with influencer Frankie Lapenna, who is well-known for his body—more especially, his behind.
Baena jokingly captioned the post: “You’ll never guess what we trained today,” along with shocked and wind emojis.
But Baena’s physique isn’t just for show.
Recently, he revealed that he had just completed his first triathlon.
Posing by the finish line with a medal around his neck, Baena wrote: “Competed in my first triathlon today! What a great experience it was to compete with such amazing athletes.
“With my birthday coming up I wanted to challenge myself in a new way, I feel like I did really well and I’m proud of myself for going the distance.
“I truly believe that if you have muscles, you should be able to use them! “
With 559,000 followers on Instagram, Baena enjoys immense popularity.
He continues his father’s real estate career by working as an agent in California.
Thanks to his investments, Arnold Schwarzenegger, 76, acknowledged in a recent Netflix docuseries that “I became a millionaire in the 70s before I ever took off in the movie business.”
In addition, Baena shares his father’s profession as an actor, having acted in Bully High, Chariot, and Scam Squad.
He will also co-star with Oscar winner Cuba Gooding Jr. in the film Athena Saves Christmas.
When Baena was thirteen, he discovered that Arnold Schwarzenegger was his father.
He clarified in a 2022 interview with Men’s Health: “I was in the eighth grade. Period five or six. And I’m called to leave the classroom. When my mother arrives, she says, “We have to leave because everyone is going to find out about you and your father.”
When Baena became pregnant, her mother Mildred worked as a housekeeper for Arnold Schwarzenegger and his then-wife, Maria Shriver.
After their affair was made public in 2011, Shriver and Schwarzenegger got divorced.
