Declan Rice was named London Footballer of the Year ahead of Saliba and Bowen at LFA 2024 and Mikel Arteta missed out on the Coach of the Year award

Declan Rice has once again been crowned the Premier League Player of the Year at the London Football Awards. This marks his second time receiving the prestigious accolade, with his previous win in 2022 for his outstanding performances with West Ham. The Arsenal midfielder reclaimed the title in this year’s ceremony, surpassing his club teammate Martin Odegaard, who won the award last year.

In the Manager of the Year category, Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta fell short as Tottenham’s coach Ange Postecoglou claimed the title. Additionally, Tottenham secured the Goalkeeper of the Year award, with Guglielmo Vicario emerging as the victor. Michael Olise’s sensational strike for Crystal Palace against Luton earned him the Goal of the Year recognition.

Chelsea’s Cole Palmero was named Young Player of the Year, while Lauren James, also from Chelsea, was honored as the capital’s WSL (Wоme𝚗’s Suρer League) Player of the Year. Aggie Beever-Jones was awarded the Wоme𝚗’s Young Player of the Year title.
