Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold has made a significant move in his personal life, purchasing a property worth £2.6 million. The young England defender, despite playing in the Premier League, is well-known for his close bond with his parents and has chosen to stay at home with them.
Now, however, the 24-year-old has taken the step of buying a stunning five-bedroom mansion in Hale, Cheshire. Among his current neighbors is Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba. Alexander-Arnold secured a mortgage from Queen’s Bank Coutts to fund his new home.
Explaining his decision to stay close to his family, Alexander-Arnold stated, “It’s just a really close family. They oppose my leaving because I believe that many young athletes leave prematurely. They start earning decent money, and you think you can handle things, and then I think things start to go wrong.”
He further added, “I think my mother and family want to keep a close eye on me, don’t want things getting into my head, so I think I’ll be stuck here for the time being until we all reach a general agreement that I have enough to move out.”
Despite his commitment to staying at home, Alexander-Arnold acknowledges the support he receives from his loved ones, saying, “The people I’m surrounded by, my family and friends, enable me to keep going.”
With his new mansion, Alexander-Arnold has taken a significant step in his personal life, reflecting his desire to maintain a strong connection with his family while pursuing his football career at the highest level.
