Paris Jackson has utterly divided fans after concealing all 80+ of her tattoos with makeup at the Grammy Awards 2024.

The 25-year-old celebrity, best known as Michael Jackson’s second-born child and only daughter with former wife Debbie Rowe, is also a singer and songwriter, and she attended the lavish music ceremony yesterday night.

Paris, famed for her many elaborate inkings that cover her body, drew attention on Sunday night when she arrived at the music awards in Los Angeles without her tattoos visible.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, Paris discussed her makeover. She told the site that she had to wake up at 5 a.m. to start concealing all 80+ tattoos on her body.

The young musician stated on social media that the stunning look, which drew fans’ attention, was achieved with the help of makeup firm Cover FX, which is known for its high-coverage makeup goods such as foundation and concealers.

She wrote on Instagram: “#CoverFX meant business when they said Total Cover Cream Foundation would have me covered.” Paris captioned the photo with a timelapse of the cover-up in process.

Commenting on the video clip of the transformation, one person said: “You are more beautiful without those tattoos,” while another wrote: “Why cover that wonderful skin?”

Meanwhile, fans on X, formerly known as Twitter, have reacted to Paris’ new and head-turning look, with many divided completely. One person penned: “She looks better without them.”

But another added: “Why cover them up?! I don’t get why you get them to cover them.” Someone else then said: “So much nicer without tattoos.” While a fourth penned: “That’s a lot of makeup to put on your body to cover the tattoos.” And a fifth person said: “She ate this. I was so confused lmao.”
