In some humorous situations, brunette Olivia declined to receive Taylor’s Favourite Country Artist award, arguing that it was odd for the blonde to win.

Kanye West, the rapper, stormed the stage of the MTV Video Music Awards in 2009, disrupting Taylor’s big moment and coining the word Kanye-d.
Taylor, who seemed to have learned from her prior mistakes, was able to seize the prize this time, before delivering an outstanding victory speech.
