Douglas Elliman’s Luis Dominguez and Karl Hueck listed the 5,100-square-foot house for $4.89 million, with breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay. The 18-year-old rapper will enjoy entertaining his guests on a spacious rooftop patio on the third level, which includes a magnificent living wall, artificial grass, and sunset views.

The exquisite home, developed by LF Development and located in a premium area on Normandy Island, features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and high-end fixtures throughout. LF Development, a popular developer among Miami’s ballers, built the Miami Beach home that NBA player Hassan Whiteside purchased.

“The kitchen features custom African wood with Italian design,” claims Dominguez. There is also a secret pantry that may be used to store all kinds of dry products and foodstuffs.

Both the Smeg appliances and the floating cabinetry above the kitchen window piqued our interest. We really appreciate the gorgeous Italian marble flooring in the large space.

According to Dominguez, everyone who entered the residence was lured to the basic architecture and Rex Alabastri-designed tiles.

The majority of bedrooms offer bay views, and the bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with motorized shades.

Given the range of outdoor activities available, Garcia and his crew may spend little time indoors. Custom ipe wood decking, fake grass, a heated pool and Jacuzzi, and an incredible party deck on the top floor are all included.

In 2017, the lavishly tattooed Garcia demolished the rap scene with his tune “Gucci Gɑng,” which has been streamed more than a half-billion times on Spotify. He returns this year with his most recent album, “Harverd Dropout,” with the number-one hit “I Love It.”
