Bruno Mars purchased an expensive property for $6.5 million on two acres of land in the same neighborhood as George Clooney, a famous Hollywood actor.

Bruno Mar’s California Dream mansion, located in a twice-gated neighborhood, features a wine cellar, a family room with a bar, and a children’s wing with two bedrooms. Other facilities include a children’s playground, a heated cabana, steam rooms, and dry saunas. There’s also an infinity pool.

The real estate purchase is astonishing since the seller is presumably Elvira Kudryashova, a former minister of Kazakhstan who is being tried in federal court in California for allegedly defrauding the Kazakh city of Almaty of at least $300 million.

In 2013, Kudryashova paid $5.7 million for the property. However, less than a year later, she listed it for $7.8 million. Mars purchased it for $6.5 million when the price fell to $6.8 million.
