Russell Wilson purchased a $36 million mansion for wife Ciara after giving birth to the family’s fourth baby daughter

Russell Wilson, a former Seattle Seahawks dual-threat quarterback, and Ciara, a fashion model/R&B singer, have listed their Bellevue, Wash., mansion for $36 million.

The “Goodies” and “Speechless” singer, a relentless businesswoman and passionate philanthropist, and Wilson, once the NFL’s highest-paid player who made $35 million a year in his latter years with the Seahawks, are trying to triple their money by selling their two-parcel waterfront mansion. The two plots were purchased in two transactions, one in 2015, the year before their marriage, and one in 2019 for $13.4 million.

Carmen and Chandler Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Co. list the two parcels separately: the main house parcel is $28 mιllιon, while the neighboring plot with a detached garage and sport court is $8 mιllιon.

The two properties cover approximately 1.9 acres of lushly maintained land that slopes down to 270 feet of stunning Lake Washington beachfront. The grandiose main mansion was built in 2007 on a hilltop with views of the water and the city.

A theatrical wrought iron circular staircase and an elevator service six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms in slightly more than 11,000 square feet spread across three floors.

The highlights include a 20-foot entrance, two formal dining rooms, and a black library/office. Corinthian columns with groin vaults divide the huge space. One side features a spacious kitchen with elaborately carved bone-white woodwork.

Southeast Asian antique carved wood doors, at least four magnificently carved stone fireplaces, and a circular dining bay off the great room with lake views of downtown Seattle are featured throughout.

The main suite’s lavish bathroom features a garden tub and a cedar sauna and is furnished in a variety of purple velvet colors, ranging from plum to violet to eggplant.

The 200 square feet of custom closet space and “Hollywood-worthy glam room” in the enormous bedroom heighten the extravagance.

The rebuilt lower level features a games club and a pleasant, wood-paneled screening room.

A two-story treehouse with a faux-fur rug, leather couch, and flat-screen TV in the backyard is more suitable for adults than children. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide views of both the water and the city.
