Yo Gotti lives with his lover in a resort-style villa in Hawaii

Yo Gotti’s hilltop Los Angeles mansion is for sale less than a year after he bought it. The “Recession Proof” rapper’s 3-acre, completely manicured home in Westlake Village, California, includes a Tuscan-style mansion, two pools, rose gardens, and a full-size tennis court.

Mario Mims made his first substantial breakthrough with the 2016 album “The Art of Hustle,” which peaked at number four on the Billboard 200. The next year, his song “Rake It Up” with Nicki Minaj reached the top ten of the ot 100. Gotti, 41, leads Nashville’s Collective Music Group (CMG).

Westlake Village’s Villa Forza costs $1 million more than Gotti paid in May. The roughly 10,000-square-foot home, built in the late 1990s, has one level of living space and overlooks the North Ranch Country Club golf course.

The interiors are lovely. Double front doors made of glass and metal open into a spacious foyer with a huge skylight and views of the backyard and hills beyond.

There are six guest/family rooms, a library, a family room adjoining the chef’s kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. The master suite features a home gym, executive office, formal dining room, two bathrooms, wardrobes, fireplaces, and jacuzzis.

The mansion sparkles outside with well-kept boxwood and rose gardens, large palm trees, and calm waterfalls. Numerous terraces for alfresco dining and entertaining overlook the canyon, as do an infinity-edge pool and a reflecting pool.
