Four days before, the 38-year-old singer was in London receiving an Ivor Novello Award at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
This Thursday, she will perform a concert at Barcelona’s 14-acre Parc Del Fòrum.
However, on Monday, the A&W hitmaker was seen enjoying the sights of the Eternal City while being pampered.
She was seen that day being presented with an elegant gift box before getting into a sparkling black car.

Her hair was gathered up into a fashionable messy bun, and she went for a natural makeup look.
Lana was on Alabama’s beautiful white sand beaches less than two weeks ago, performing at the three-day Hangout Music Festival.
Shortly after, she flew to the UK to receive the Special International Award at the Ivors in Mayfair.
The awards show, which honors songwriting talent, is named after the popular British entertainer Ivor Novello who delighted audiences in the early 20th century with such numbers as the World War I hit Keep The Home Fires Burning.
Lana stated at this year’s ceremony that she originally penned the song 24 as the soundtrack for the 2015 James Bond film Spectre.
Her proposal was rejected in favour of Sam Smith’s Writing on the Wall, which went on to win the Oscar for best original song.
