Taylor Swift’s megabucks tour has helped her become a US billionaire at the age of 33.
The superstar singer, who was seen in New York on Thursday with actors Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, has made $400million (£320million) in music sales in the past four years and an estimated $370million (£305million) from tickets and merchandise.

Bloomberg financial analysts estimate Taylor is now worth at least £890 million, or $1 billion.
Taylor has been extremely prudent with her money since the dollars started coming in, which has helped her massive fortune skyrocket.
She has put a lot of money into an excellent property portfolio, which started in 2009 with a beachfront condo that she still owns today.
Taylor owns numerous residences in New York, including a massive 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom penthouse in the city’s ultra-trendy Tribeca area.
She really purchased two adjacent penthouses in 2014 and converted them into a massive one.
Taylor also owns a 1934 Beverly Hills estate in Los Angeles that sits on nearly two acres of property and was originally owned by film mogul Samuel Goldwyn.
The Cruel Summer actress’ property has since been accorded ‘landmark status’ by Beverly Hills City Council, much to Taylor’s joy.
In addition, the US singer is reported to have spent her money on two private jets, one a £40 million Gulfstream. There’s even an Instagram account dedicated to tracking her flights.
Back on land, she also has an excellent automobile collection, which includes a Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG and a Ferrari 458 Italia.
Last year, Taylor kept it real by driving around London in a no-frills Nissan Qashqai.
She also enjoys spending money on high-end cat breeds.
The animal enthusiast owns three pedigree felines named Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson, and Benjamin Button, one of whom has a large bank balance.

Taylor’s 2009 Dassault Falcon 7X jet is parked near Albany, NY.Olivia Benson, a Scottish Fold, was believed to be worth $97 million earlier this year after gaining a large Instagram following and appearing in her pop celebrity owner’s music videos.
Taylor’s massive riches can be attributed in part to her decision to re-record her back collection of records after the rights were sold without her permission.
That decision has garnered her hundreds of millions of dollars and allowed her to top the charts with seven albums since 2019.
Earlier this month, the artist topped the UK box office with The Eras Tour Film, which grossed more over £76 million worldwide in its first weekend.
She will bring the tour to the UK next summer, where she will play ten sold-out stadium events, as well as additional dates across the world.
Next Friday, she is likely to achieve her 11th No. 1 album in the UK with the re-recorded version of her blockbuster album 1989, which was released yesterday and included the singles Shake It Off and Blank Space.
Madonna is the only female solo artist to have had more No. 1s, with 12.
But Madonna, 65, has a smaller fortune, believed to be worth £700 million.
Writing about the album on Instagram yesterday, Taylor said: “I was born in 1989, reinvented for the first time in 2014, and a part of me was reclaimed in 2023 with the re-release of this album I love so dearly.
“Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine the magic you would sprinkle on my life for so long.”
