Daniel Hernandez, better known by his stage nɑme 6ix9ine, is a rapper most recognized for his rainbow-colored facial tattoos and hair. If you don’t know, his nɑme is now pronounced simply “six nine.” When the COVID-19 epidemic first broke out, he was let out of jail to finish out his sentence in house arrest.
He initially lived in a tiny house on Lido Beach. He had to relocate after a neighbour revealed his whereabouts. He had promised to testify against other gang members in exchange for a plea deal that resulted in a lower sentence.
He reportedly relocated to 24 Deer Run in Water Mill, an 8,500-square-foot home with views of an equestrian ranch and a tree farm, at the time. The driveway’s collection of luxury autos in pastel colours could have disclosed the location. The bespoke property, completed in 2005, had a rental listing for $55,000 at the time.
In October 2021, the house sold for $4.2 million, as per documents. It’s back on the market for $5.995 million, which is still a remarkable offer given the $7.5 million asking price of surrounding properties.
