Certain features can be emphasised by tattoos, and I have to admit that I find it attractive when someone has a beautiful tattoo on their back. This is only applicable, though, in circumstances where it is permissible to acknowledge someone’s physical appeal. 

My wife’s tattoo of her spine really appeals to me.It is not acceptable to use a tattoo as an excuse for bad behaviour or to sаy that you were provoked. The rules that are in effect elsewhere also apply here. You are entitled to watch if someone purposefully exposes a certain body area. It doesn’t cause a different reaction.
