Originally scheduled to spend Christmas with Angelina Jolie and her kids in Sydney, Brad Pitt surprised them early by coming in ahead of his 50th birthday. Brad joyfully recorded their getaway with a digital SLR camera when the family gathered on the luxurious yacht Ghost in Sydney Harbour. On the top deck of the yacht, Angelina set up a family photo shoot wearing just black with aviator tones.

They had arrived to the beach together earlier and then ridden a water taxi to the yacht. The day was joyful as the kids played under the close observation of their parents. Included were visits to the zoo and paddle-boarding. Their first prolonged apart since their meeting on the set of “Mr. and Mrs. Smith,” eight years ago, this reunion.

Angelina was photographed lounging about Sydney with Vivienne and Knox. The proprietors of Petra Island in New York refuted claims regarding her purchase of the island ahead of Brad’s birthday, attesting to the fact the property remained on sale. Brad, on the other hand, talked about his most recent movie “12 Years A Slave” and his view of ageing, expressing pride in his part and welcoming his approaching turning point.

To show her pragmatic and hands-on style of parenting, the family vacation also included Angelina accompanying some of the youngsters grocery and shopping in Sydney.
