Michael B. Jordan and his family reside in a $10 million mansion that is the envy of many

The modern residence, which spans 12,300 square feet, features eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and four half-bathrooms.

The charcoal grey façade, three-car garage, and 20-foot-tall wood-paneled front entrance of the gated half-acre Encino residence are all noteworthy features.
A two-story guest house, a massage room, a pool, a jacuzzi, and a pavilion with a fireplace are all included in the landscaped compound.

The outdoor kitchen, which is outfitted with a grill, is the focal point of the main and guest residences. It is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, which faci/litate the transition from indoor to outdoor living.

The residence boasts a lift, a gym with an enclosed outdoor dipping Jacuzzi that can be accessed through expansive pocket doors, a soundproof theatre with charcoal shag carpeting and ambient lighting, and an impressive primary suite featuring vaulted wood slat ceilings, a white marble fireplace, and expansive walk-in closets.

It appears that Jordan is selling the newly constructed property, which was completed in 2021, due to a change in living arrangements rather than to make a profit, as he paid $12.51 million for it last May and spent an additional $500,000 on the air conditioning and security systems.

At the same time, Jordan sold his $7 million Hollywood Hills mansion in nature. Prior to purchasing the Sherman Oaks Spanish-style residence in 2019, the California native resided with his parents in a $1.7 million residence.
