While Mariah Carey opted for extravagant touches like 100 white doves and 20 kittens, and Jennifer Lopez demanded all-white furniture, Taylor Swift’s tour rider was refreshingly down-to-earth. For her VIP guests at Wembley, including Sir Paul McCartney and Taylor Lautner, Swift went all out with British snacks. The rider featured Heinz ketchup, Hellmann’s mayonnaise, Walkers crisps in salt and vinegar and prawn cocktail flavors, along with freshly made nachos and a fully stocked bar.
At her final European show at Wembley, Swift wowed fans with special appearances, including a duet with Florence Welch on their track “Florida” and a performance by her producer Jack Antonoff during her acoustic set. She also premiered a new music video for “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart,” which quickly amassed a million views on YouTube in under 15 minutes.
After a well-deserved break, Swift will resume the final leg of her massive 149-date tour in Miami on October 18, concluding in Vancouver on December 8. With ticket sales nearing £1 billion, it’s shaping up to be a fantastic Christmas for the Swift family.
