Recently, Drake has rented the newly constructed Beverly Hills mansion known as “Elementi,” valued at a staggering $65 million. This opulent residence, having just emerged from a six-year rebuild, spans an impressive 18,000 square feet and showcases meticulous architectural craftsmanship.
The bridge leads to the grand foyer, which opens to a spacious living area adjacent to the kitchen. Designed by the esteemed firm SAOTA, this estate boasts seven bedrooms, fourteen bathrooms, and luxurious features, including a great room with marble flooring inspired by piano keys. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with Gaggenau appliances and Dada cabinetry, complemented by a separate butler’s kitchen with a Viking stove.
The dining room overlooks a central courtyard with a striking water wall and an olive tree at its center. Additional amenities include a lounge area by the pool, a primary suite with city views, a primary ensuite bathroom, and a movie theatre. Drake, who also has large properties in Toronto and Hidden Hills, rented “Elementi” for about $215,000 per month. While he appreciates the mansion’s extravagant design and breathtaking views, he continues to primarily reside at his other homes despite occasional stays at this luxury property.
