Kevin Hart and Gugu Mbatha-Raw both showcased their fashion sense as they posed together during a photocall for Netflix’s heist film Lift at the Corinthia Hotel in London on Thursday.

The pair made a striking impression in vibrant outfits for the photographers against a drizzly backdrop, ahead of the film’s release on January 12.

In the film, they lead a heist comedy as part of a team of skilled thieves tasked with an audacious mission: stealing $500 million in gold bars from an airplane mid-flight. Gugu, 40, turned heads in a stunning lilac power suit, effortlessly combining a tailored blazer with a black top and slightly loose trousers tucked into black leather boots.

Kevin, 44, went for a casual yet stylish look with a green, blue, black, and grey block-colored sweater and black trousers. He added a touch of flair with trendy sunglasses as he smiled alongside his co-star.

Besides his acting role in Lift, Kevin also took on a producer role for the film.

The movie, originally slated for an August release, was postponed to January due to the then-ongoing writers and actors strikes.

The cast also includes Vincent D’Onofrio, Úrsula Corberó, Billy Magnussen, Sam Worthington, and Paul Anderson.

Kevin shared his thoughts on the filming experience with People, highlighting the strong camaraderie among the cast: “The days on set ended with us in hotels eating dinner together. Whether it was all together or on different days, there was an amazing piece of connectivity that ultimately added great value to what we got here.”

Gugu and Kevin have been traveling globally in anticipation of Lift‘s release, following their premiere appearance in New York on Monday. Gugu looked elegantly simple in a pale gray sleeveless dress, while Kevin arrived at Jazz at Lincoln Center in Manhattan in a sharp double-breasted suit.
