Ice Cube, whose real name is O’Shea Jackson, has acquired Jean-Claude Van Damme’s waterfront home in Marina Del Rey for $7.25 million, which is $3 million less than the original asking price.

The five-year-old property was initially listed for $9.999 million last year, according to Curbed LA. It was later relisted at $7.949 million, as reported by The Los Angeles Times.

Built in 2011, the stunning six-bedroom home offers spectacular views of the nearby canal.
