Sports, acting, and music legends gathered when Magic Johnson, Samuel L. Jackson, and LL Cool J came together during their European vacation. On Saturday, the 61-year-old former Los Angeles Lakers star was seen unwinding with Samuel, 72, and LL, 53, on a small docked boat near Saint-Tropez.

The trio, along with their friends and family, dined at the seaside restaurant Club 55. Magic, dressed in a hot pink T-shirt and matching athletic shorts with gold stripes, leaned back with his arms resting on the boat’s side. Samuel, seated next to him, wore a pale pink graphic T-shirt adorned with an illustrated boat, complemented by a white wide-brimmed hat and dark sunglasses to shield himself from the sun.

LL Cool J, sitting across from them, sported a white-and-gray camouflage T-shirt, a white New York Yankees cap, and sleek rimless aviator sunglasses. Despite their current outing on a smaller boat, the group has been enjoying the grandeur of the 281-foot yacht, the Aquila, which costs about $1.1 million per week to rent, according to TMZ.

Joining them on their European yacht adventure were Rodney Peete, Holly Robinson Peete, and Vanessa Bell Calloway. The yacht, which accommodates up to 12 guests and is staffed by 28 crew members, boasts luxurious amenities such as a gym, jacuzzi, movie theater, spa, and even a nightclub.

Owned by Ann Walton Kroenke, an heir to the Walmart fortune, the yacht was originally named Cakewalk when it debuted at the 2010 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. After Kroenke purchased and renamed it the Aquila in 2014, she had it renovated to meet her high standards.

While the Walton family has priority use of the yacht, it is also available for rent to affluent clients when not in use. The group has enjoyed similar summer yacht vacations in the past, including a 2019 trip on the Aquila, typically spending around six weeks abroad.

Later on Saturday, Samuel shared a humorous photo of himself alone on the boat, making a surprised face and showing off the yacht-themed design on his shirt. He captioned it, “What’s my ride of choice these days?!” with playful hashtags including ‘#yachtchootawkinboutwillis,’ ‘#yachtyyachtyyachtyyachtyyachtyyachtyyachty,’ and ‘#yachttee.’

Magic Johnson posted a charming photo with his wife, Cookie Johnson, captioning it, “Having lunch at the famous @leclub55official in St. Tropez!”

The day concluded with a Dream Girls-themed party where Magic donned a thick black wig, likely inspired by Eddie Murphy’s character from the film. The men sported fedoras, while the women wore sequined dresses and feather boas, embracing the film’s glamorous style.
