This marks Romeo’s first public romance since his split from long-term girlfriend Mia Regan earlier this year. The couple ended their five-year relationship in February, with Mia noting on Instagram that they had “friend-zoned” each other but maintained a strong bond.

Romeo and Sophie Julia are believed to have connected through the celebrity dating app Raya, which Romeo had recently reactivated in search of a new partner.
